Most people know Barry Bonds as a Major Legue Baseball Player with a position as outfielder for the San Francisco Giants.Bonds holds the all-time home run record with 762 hits; which landed him 7 Most Valuable Player Awards.
Thequestion being asked today is "Why isn't Barry Bonds playing?", "Why isn't he in uniform?" Sources say it's easy,supposedly Bonds is accused of illegal use of steroids in addition to other small charges.So the Giants decided it was in their best interest to let him go for the repretation of the team.
Just to remind my readers this is the same team he's been faithful to since 1993 now he's not good enough. (Ummhhh Intersting)

DAY 26 AT THE TOP OF THE CHARTS!

The sexy Bad Boys from Day 26 have alot to celebrate.Numbers have came in,and they are officialy number 1 on the Billboard Charts. Not only did the boys top the charts with their voices, but MTV's "Making the Band 4" was a hit in homes all over the world. Their album was released March 25; continuing a number trend since the group was formed on the 26 of August. No word from Diddy about future plans for the group has been given, but I'm sure there are upcoming tours in the making.

Bobby Blames Whitney For His Downfall in His New Book

It looks like Bobby Brown took notes from his ex-boo Superhead, because now he too has decided to put out a tell all book. But it looks like the only star that he will be able to really come down on is his ex-wife, Whitney. Now ya'll know I love me some Whitney, so I found it hard to believe some of the stuff he said, but I thought ya'll would get a kick out of some of his schennigans. Heath's Baby's Mother is Pissed

The unidentified woman, who supposedly is the mother of Heath Ledger's lovechild, is pissed off with the media being all in her business. She refuses to answers questions and according to her she "think[s] it's very, very rude that [she's] being posed (UK slang...IDK) all of this. [She] really does. [She] can't talk about anything….You have no proof, there's no background, there's no grounds, there's no nothing."

The alleged love child's mother is just concerned about her daughter's welfare.
"When you are considering an 11-year-old girl who has to go to school and be a part of society, that is my main concern," she said.

Jay-Z Maybe the $150 Million Dollar Man

"She used to million dollar vacations what the f*** ya'll gone do with that." Well Jay wasn't lying when he put that verse down on "Party Life." And now B can get 2 million dollar vacations...hell maybe 3 or 4. According to the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, Jay-Z maybe be making a $150 million dollar deal with Live Nation Inc.

In the 10 year deal, Jay-Z would get a $25 million upfront payment, plus advance payments of $10 million per album for a minimum of three albums and $25 million toward concert tours. Live Nation would also pay $20 million in exchange for publishing, licensing and other rights.

Additionally, the company is expected to commit $50 million to finance Jay-Z's investments and entertainment venture, Roc Nation, which is rumored to include a record label, music publishing, talent consulting and managing projects.

"I've turned into the Rolling Stones of hip-hop," Jay-Z told the Times.

He sees the deal as a way "to reach the consumer in so many different ways," and wants "to be on the front lines in that fight."

~The only thing that bothers me is that he's giving up his publishing, licensing and other rights...Now those are some of the most lucrative rights that an artist has to his songs...while they're paying him $20 million up front they can take just ONE song from a future album and make that $20 million back in 5 minutes if they own his publishing and licensing rights. That part of the deal sounds good for a Soulja Boy but not for an artist who has established himself the way that Jay has...Just my thoughts~

NFL Ban Forcing Players to Cut Their Hair

This week the NFL owners will be meeting in Palm Beach Fl. And one thing on the agenda for them to discuss is whether or not they're going to ban long hair in the league.

Now this hair issue doesn't seem to be an "issue" to many white players. However, there will be a number of black players who might have to go under the clipper to continue playing. If this ban does go through then the dreads, the braids, and the long ponytails will all have to GO.

Hopefully they will come to a compromise. But if they don't the players won't have many grounds to argue on. Because based on the little legal knowledge that I do have (and I'm no one's expert or attorney... at least not yet) the NFL will not be "discriminating" against players with long hair because the team management can set it's own terms for grooming. So I don't think Al Sharpton will be getting a new press and suit to represent the NFL Long Hair Player's Union...they just might have to whack it off or at minimum tailor it a bit.

According to People, Beyonce and Jay-Z took out a marriage license earlier today in Scarsdale, New York. They haven't commented on the license just yet, but it expires in 60 days so if they're getting married the wedding must be around the corner. I love this couple so I hope this information is true!!!!

Lil Wayne Re-Proposes to His Ex-Wife

Lil Wayne rumors soar on a daily basis, from him being in love with Superhead to him breaking down the self-proclaimed baddest Bit*h…but the most recent rumor of engagement seems to be true. According to mediatakeout, Lil Wayne has proposed to his ex-wife LeToya Carter.

One of LeToya’s close friends told mediatakeout that “Wayne got down on one knee and gave her a [6 carat] diamond ring…Everyone is so excited and happy for them.”

And it doesn’t seem like this is going to be a long engagement, the friend also told them that “We’ve already started planning [the wedding], maybe it’ll happen in the summer or fall.”

Lil Wayne and LeToya married for the first time in February of 2004 and they separated in 2005. The couple has one daughter, Reginae.

This weekend, during the Kid’s Choice Awards, Rihanna told MTV News that “We are best friends, honestly, like brother and sister.”

Amy Winehouse was recently spotted coming out of Roberto Cavalli’s house where they supposedly discussed a new business venture. According to our friends Perez, Cavalli loves Amy’s sense of style and wants her to exclusively wear his designs.

If Amy goes along with Cavalli’s idea, he would give her with a lifetime supply of tailored designs in return for her wearing his clothes at public functions and gigs.

Angelina and Brad Are Expecting Twins…and NO They Aren’t Married

Angelina and Brad are still in Texas while Brad shoots his new movie in Austin.

Recently they were spotted in Houston while they were shopping for toys. And it looks like the reports that have claimed Angelina is pregnant may be correct. Sources tell us that the two are expecting twins (a boy and a girl).

Despite what the media claimed earlier this week the two DID not wed…so stay tuned maybe they will after she pops out the twins.

Apparently Janet is unhappy with her video Rock With U and has demanded that her label, Island Def Jam, redo the song. And it looks like they’re giving Ms. Jackson what she wants.
The video director, Saam Farahmand, has been given 24 hours to pitch new ideas and plans on shooting this coming weekend.

~Well we’re happy that Janet put her foot down. The video DEFINITELY wasn’t the best Janet video that we’ve seen. My 6 year old niece could have done some of those dance moves~

Cameron graces this months cover of GQ magazine and she also tells them of her new found single life and it seems like she’s loving it.

Jessica Simpson’s Hospitalized

Jessica Simpson has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai for what we're told is a "minor kidney infection."

Jessica's rep confirms the story, first reported by In Touch. The rep says Jess is fine and should be released today. We're told her QB BF Tony Romo is not with her, though.

After Remy Ma’s conviction on assault charges earlier this week, her boyfriend- Papoose, revealed their plans to get married to MTV. Papoose wrote the following in an e-mail to MTV:

Kanye West’s Deceased Mother May Get Law Passed After Her

The proposed legislation, which is called the "Donda West Law", is now Assembly Bill 2968. Yolanda Anderson, who has lived in Colton since 1984, has said that after her aunt died on November 10, 2007, "We felt this is something we wanted to do to make sure her death wouldn't be in vain. We don't want to let it happen to other families. We've spoken to Kanye and he's very enthusiastic about it."

Paris Injured by Paparazzi MOB

Paris, who is currently traveling with her boo Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, was injured yesterday in Prague. The presence of Hilton caused a stir as they departed from a local restaurant in the Staromestska Square. When trying to escape paparazzi she fell, leaving her with a swollen and grazed chin. This isn’t the first time that Hilton’s presence has caused bodily harm to someone- at a recent airport appearance Hilton’s presence caused a blood gushing fight amongst reporters.

Does Heath Ledger Have a Love Child?

Rumors are soaring about the deceased Heath Ledger and a possible love child that he had at age 17. Heath’s uncle, Hadyn Ledger, who has been the main spokesperson for Heath’s estate, recently told the Daily Telegraph about the possible child.

"There is a very real possibility that Heath was the father." It looks as if the mother of this supposed love child was 25 at the time that she conceived.

50 Goes to Counseling…That’s Not Surprising

One of 50’s close friends recently told mediatakeout that 50 sees a therapist three times a week. According to the friend the therapy is working because “he's not as violent as he once was."

Sean Levert- Gerald Levert’s Brother Dies in Jail

Last night Sean Levert died in prison. Last week he was incarcerated after he failed to pay child support to the mother of his children.

Right now it’s not clear what caused the death of 39 year old Sean Levert. Going to jail can be stressful, apparently it was too much for him to handle.
