Is Rocko Monica's Baby Daddy????

The rumor mill is soaring... At one point we heard that Rocko and Monica were cousins. BUT the latest rumor is that Rocko is her Baby's Father. Maybe that would explain their closeness and why they showed up at his record release party together!!!! We will keep you posted on whether this is TRUE or not...
